Risley Ramblings

Last night we got to go see a benefit premiere of the Bourne Ultimatum (starring Matt Damon). The final in the trilogy it did not dissapoint and was great action the entire movie. Sometimes too much action as it was hard to follow what was going on in the chaos (maybe that was intended, maybe not). Plus there was a lot of camera shake so be prepared for that. But it did have one of the best crashes and fight scenes I'd seen in a while.

Amy's work helped host the benefit for the Children's Center and they had 3 screens of the bricktown theatre reserved. We had a free dinner at Earls and then into our designated screen. Matt and Frank Marshall (producer) arrived and then came into each screen to talk abou the Children's Center here in OK (Mark Harmon comes every year for a benefit as well) and introduce the movie. It was pretty neat to see them in person but we kept talking about how difficult it would be to be a big star like that, answer the same questions a million times, sit through 15 premiere's of the same movie you starred in and know by heart from last year, and the security, privacy, leechers, haters, etc. Oh well, I guess that's why they get the millions ($30m) for the work.
