Skype Recipe
Skype is offering free calls in the U.S. I used it today for work instead of calling the east coast from home, and it was great. I have to wonder though, working for a telecom equipment manufacturer, how they are paying for this. But the quality was great.
Baked Spaghetti recipe we really like:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 tblsp butter
1 can (28oz) tomatoes cut up
1 can (4oz) mushrooms drained
1 can sliced black olives
2 tsp oregano
1 lb hamburger
12 oz spaghetti (whole wheat is good) cooked and drained
3 cup shredded cheddar
1 can (10-3/4 oz) mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Brown beef, onion, and green pepper in butter. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregeno and simmer 10 min. Place half the spaghetti in greased 13x9, top with mixture. Top with 1.5 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup and water, pour over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Add more cheese as desired. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 min. 12 servings.
